Welcome to Business Build (established 2020). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service — your foundational blueprint. Just as every structure begins with a cleared site and approved permits, your use of Business Build starts with full acceptance of these terms. If any part of this framework does not meet your specifications, you must halt construction immediately and refrain from using the platform. These terms govern your access to our tools, templates, and guidance, which are designed to help you build your business with the same rigor a contractor applies to erecting a commercial building. Your Responsibilities — The Load-Bearing Walls of Your Account You are the general contractor of your own Business Build account. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete — the equivalent of using certified materials and stamped engineering drawings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, much like securing a job site’s gate keys. You must regularly update your business data and respond promptly to any notices from us. Additionally, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — the building codes of your jurisdiction. Any subcontractors or team members you onboard must also comply with these terms; you are liable for their actions as if they were your own framing crew.

Prohibited Activities — The Code Violations That Stop Work The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate site shutdown and permanent barricade of your account: (1) Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code, architecture, or proprietary algorithms of Business Build — analogous to prying open a load-bearing wall to inspect the studs without an engineer’s approval. (2) Using Business Build to create, promote, or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive business — constructing a structure on a condemned lot or with unapproved materials. (3) Uploading or transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmful code — the digital equivalent of contaminating a lumber supply. (4) Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with Business Build — forging a contractor’s license. (5) Interfering with the platform’s performance, security, or availability — attempting to dynamite the foundation. (6) Scraping, crawling, or otherwise harvesting data from the platform without explicit written permission — removing fixtures without a permit. (7) Using Business Build to store, share, or distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights — building with stolen blueprints.

Consequences and Disclaimer — The Punch List and Final Inspection Violation of any prohibited activity or failure to meet your responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any data or progress, and legal action as warranted — equivalent to a stop-work order, demolition of unapproved additions, and a lien on the property. Business Build provides its platform and content “as is,” without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — we supply the tools and the master plan, but you alone are responsible for the final structure and its compliance with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email to the address on file. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised blueprint. For any disputes, claims, or questions, please first consult our Contact Us page — the on-site superintendent’s office — before breaking ground on any legal action. This agreement is the entire contract between you and Business Build, superseding all prior discussions and understandings, just as the final approved set of plans overrides all earlier sketches.
